Account Manager - Команда *instinctools

Key responsibilities:

Develop and maintain long-term relationships at senior level with key accounts;
Develop a deep understanding of client’s business goals;
Manage communication flow with major stakeholders;
Monitor client satisfaction, collecting both – informal & structured feedbacks.
Provide leadership to the dev team of up to 20+ members;
Present client vision to the delivery team and vice versa;
Identify decision makers and opportunities for account growth;
Provide leadership to the client at key points during the delivery.

What we expect:

Fluent English ( both spoken and written); Upper Intermediate or Advanced knowledge of German will be a huge plus.
3+ years of experience in the role of IT Account Manager or respective roles (E.g. Sales Manager, Client Relationship Manager, Project Manager)
Great motivation to grow as Account Manager;
Good analytical skills, attention to details, ability to manage large volumes of information;
Ability to manage effectively ups & downs;
Strong communication skills, accountability & responsiveness;
